Our company exports a wide variety of high-quality refractory materials, widely used in high-temperature industries such as steel, cement, glass, and non-ferrous metals. Our main export categories include the following:
1. Basic Refractories
Mainly composed of magnesium oxide (MgO) and calcium oxide (CaO).
Magnesium products: Such as magnesia bricks, magnesia-chrome bricks, and magnesia-alumina bricks. These products offer exceptionally high refractoriness and excellent resistance to alkaline slag corrosion, making them key lining materials for steelmaking furnaces (such as converters and electric furnaces) and refining furnaces (such as LF furnaces and VOD furnaces).
Dolomite products: Primarily used in cement rotary kilns and other applications.
2. Aluminosilicate Refractories: These are primarily composed of aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) and silicon dioxide (SiO₂), and have the widest range of applications.
High-alumina products (Al₂O₃ > 48%): Such products include high-alumina bricks, corundum bricks, and mullite bricks. High strength and excellent refractory properties make them widely used in blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, glass melting furnaces, cement rotary kilns, and other applications.
Clay products (30-48% Al₂O₃): These are semi-siliceous refractory materials with lower cost and are used in furnace and kiln areas with less stringent requirements.
3. Carbonaceous refractories: Products containing carbon (C) or silicon carbide (SiC) offer excellent performance.
Magnesia-carbon bricks: Made from magnesium oxide and graphite, they combine the corrosion resistance of magnesium with the thermal shock resistance and thermal conductivity of carbon. They are an indispensable core material in modern steelmaking, particularly in converters and electric furnaces, and China holds a significant advantage in the production and export of these products.
Alumina-carbon bricks: Commonly used in continuous casting processes for functional refractory materials such as slides, shrouds, and stoppers, they require extremely high thermal shock resistance and mechanical strength. 4. Special Refractory Materials:
Zircon products: Containing zirconium oxide (ZrO₂), they offer excellent resistance to molten glass corrosion and are the preferred material for critical glass furnace components, such as the tank walls.
Zirconium oxide products: They offer exceptional refractoriness and are used in ultra-high-temperature applications.
Insulating refractory materials, such as ceramic fiber modules, blankets, and boards, offer excellent thermal insulation properties and can be used as insulation for furnace linings, significantly reducing energy consumption.
